Curriculum Vitae:

Eleni Petta joined the University of Duisburg-Essen as a doctoral researcher at the Chair of Managerial Accounting and Sustainability as of January 1, 2026. 

Before joining the University of Duisburg-Essen, she completed her BSc in Psychology at the University of Crete in Greece and her MSc in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Linnaeus University in Sweden, including an exchange semester at Ghent University in Belgium. Her research examines how artificial intelligence transforms the design and use of management control systems and how AI-based forms of control and performance evaluation influence employee behaviour and decision-making in organizational settings.
