Bio:

Arina Hranovska is a PhD candidate in Accounting and Auditing at the University of Groningen, where her research examines how artificial intelligence is transforming the auditing profession. Her doctoral project, “Strike while the Iron is Hot: Navigating the Introduction of AI in the Audit Profession,” investigates how AI adoption influences auditors’ decision-making, professional skepticism, and professional identity through a combination of case studies, surveys, and experimental methods.
